3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate information necessary to deliver the service.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Respect the intellectual property and confidentiality terms of the agreement.
- Ensure legal ownership or rights to any content provided to Ayomi Tech Ltd for integration.
4. Source Code and Software Sales
Source code, scripts, or software sold by Ayomi Tech Ltd are provided "as-is" unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized resale or distribution is strictly prohibited. Licensing terms will be defined in the specific purchase agreement or invoice.
5. Payments and Invoicing
All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or approved digital platforms. Late payments may incur fees or service delays.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds may be granted if the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and the service has not been fully delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Ayomi Tech Ltd remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights may be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.
8. Maintenance & Support
Website and app maintenance plans include bug fixes, content updates, and security monitoring. These services are billed monthly or annually based on the agreed support contract. Unused support hours may not roll over unless specified.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ayomi Tech Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services or products.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, failure to pay, or abusive conduct. Any obligations incurred prior to termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
