Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Source Code & Scripts)

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales of source codes, website templates, and automated bots (including the JE Python Bot) are final. Once a download link has been generated or the files have been dispatched via email, we cannot offer a refund as the product is considered "used."

We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions and system requirements before making a purchase.

2. Professional Development Services

For custom web and mobile application development projects, refunds are handled based on project milestones:

  • Initial Deposit: The 30% startup deposit is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs and initial architectural planning.
  • In-Progress Projects: If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the hours of labor not yet performed.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued once a project has been signed off, tested, and deployed to the client's server.

3. Technical Issues

If a script or software purchased from our marketplace is found to be defective (not functioning as described), our technical team will provide support to resolve the issue within 7 business days. If we are unable to make the software function as advertised on a compatible environment, a full or partial refund may be considered at the discretion of management.
